Account and purchase data
• What: name, e-mail, postal address, phone, product(s) bought, order value
• Purpose: fulfill orders, provide invoices, customer support
• Legal basis: contract, legitimate interest
Marketing opt-in data
• What: name, e-mail, consent time-stamp and source
• Purpose: send newsletters, webinar invites, offers
• Legal basis: consent
Lead-form submissions and booking information
• What: name, e-mail, phone, company, survey answers
• Purpose: qualify leads, schedule consultations
• Legal basis: consent
Site and event data
• What: IP address, browser agent, pages viewed, events from Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager, referring URL
• Purpose: security and fraud prevention; analytics and site improvement; remarketing and ad measurement
• Legal basis: legitimate interest (analytics), consent (cookies and remarketing)
Uploaded advertising audiences
• What: hashed e-mails of buyers and explicit opt-ins
• Purpose: create Custom Audiences and Look-alike Audiences on Meta Ads

3. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies, pixels and local-storage items to:
• keep you logged in to member areas
• remember your preferences
• measure campaign performance
• build retargeting audiences (for example, Meta Pixel ID 2702031326726503)
Managing cookies: you may refuse or delete non-essential cookies in your browser settings. You may also opt out of Meta interest-based ads at [https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences/ad\_settings](https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences/ad_settings). Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.
4. ADVERTISING AND REMARKETING
• We may upload hashed e-mail addresses of customers and confirmed opt-ins to Meta Ads Manager to create Custom Audiences or Look-alike Audiences.
• We do not upload addresses sourced from scraping, purchased lists or third-party brokers.
• Meta matches the hashes internally; we do not receive additional personal data in return.
• You can opt out of this processing at any time (see section 7).
5. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS

- Stripe, PayPal
Analytics and advertising
- Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
All providers are bound by contracts requiring appropriate data protection. We do not sell or rent personal information.
6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Our servers are hosted in Canada and the United States. When data is processed outside your jurisdiction we rely on:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (EU/UK)
- the service provider's participation in recognised data-transfer frameworks
- contractual obligations that provide comparable protection.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
Canadian residents (PIPEDA)
- Access, correct, delete, withdraw consent
EU/EEA/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR)
- Access, correct, delete, restrict, port data, object to processing, lodge a complaint
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
- Know, delete, correct, opt out of "sharing" for cross-context advertising

8. DATA RETENTION
• Purchase and tax records: 7 years
• Marketing e-mail list: until you unsubscribe or after 24 months of inactivity
• Pixel and analytics events: 26 months (aggregated thereafter)
9. SECURITY MEASURES
We use TLS encryption, multi-factor authentication on admin accounts, least-privilege access controls and regular security audits. No method of transmission is completely secure; we therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. CHILDREN
Our Sites and services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we hold data on a minor, contact us and we will delete it.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We update this notice when our practices change. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. Significant changes will be announced via e-mail or a site banner.
