1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using ascendantconsultant.com, jpeterwhite.kartra.com, or any related content (collectively the "Site"), you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms referenced herein (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
We may update the Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
4. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. That policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you may exercise your rights. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described therein.
5. ACCOUNT SECURITY
• You may be required to create an account.
• Keep credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or terminate any account that, in our sole judgment, breaches the Agreement.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site-including text, graphics, videos, templates, courses and trademarks-is owned by JP Media Inc. or its licensors and protected by intellectual‑property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non‑transferable licence for personal or internal‑business use only. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, reverse‑engineer or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. LICENSES FOR DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS
(a) **Paid courses/templates.** One licence per purchase; no resale or redistribution.
(b) **Free resources ("Freemium Content").** Same restrictions as paid content.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE & PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree NOT to:
• Violate any law or regulation.
• Transmit defamatory, obscene, harmful or infringing material.
• Upload viruses or malicious code.
• Harvest personal data without consent.
• Use the Site to compete with JP Media Inc. or to promote competing products.
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access at our discretion.
9. COMMUNICATION SERVICES & USER SUBMISSIONS
If you post or upload content ("Submission") you grant JP Media Inc. a worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use, reproduce, display and distribute that Submission in connection with the Site. You warrant you own or control all rights in the Submission.
10. THIRD‑PARTY LINKS & SERVICES
Links to external sites do not constitute endorsement. We are not responsible for content or practices of third‑party sites. Any dealings with third‑party providers are solely between you and that provider.
11. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY - NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
The Site and its resources are provided for educational and informational purposes. Nothing is professional, legal, financial, tax, medical or health advice. Consult a qualified professional before acting on any information.
12. NO GUARANTEES

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JP Media Inc. from any claim, demand or damages arising out of your breach of the Agreement or your misuse of the Site.
16. ARBITRATION & GOVERNING LAW
Any dispute arising from or related to the Site shall be resolved by **binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, Canada**, under the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada. You waive any right to class arbitration. The Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
17. INTERNATIONAL USE
If you access the Site from outside Canada you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
18. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access without notice if you breach the Agreement. Upon termination, all licences granted terminate and you must cease all use of the Site and destroy any downloaded materials.
19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and JP Media Inc. regarding the Site and supersede all prior communications.
